I would like to take an opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Brandon Martine ,President and CEO of Troeux R & I LLC, an investigation firm that currently specializes in Private Investigations and Collateral Recovery.

As the CEO I have setup and implemented an overview of how to run a successful private investigation and collection firm.
Most of my agents are licensed Private Investigators.
I currently interface with clients to set up and maintain a working relationship with them . One of the main functions of our business interact with our outside vendors IE our recovery agents these are the eyes and ears in the field for my line of business . Maintain daily and monthly company goals. Apply corrective action when needed. Review and oversee the skip files

When I was the VP of Operations my job was to hire and train the agents and train the private investigators that were promoted up. Also part of my job was interface with clients to set up and maintain a working relationship with them . One of the main functions of our business interact with our outside vendors IE our recovery agents these are the eyes and ears in the field for my line of business . Maintain daily and monthly company goals. Apply corrective action when needed. Review and oversee the skip files . Make sure that everyone was fulled trained and tested on FDCPA and UDAP and CFPB.
My job we to interact and maintain a working relationship with our CPI, VSI insurance clients and also our financial institutions IE the credit unions and banks.
my other job functions were to resolve conflicts between staff members. Handling all complaint calls and vendor complaint issues.
