As the Assistant Office Manager, she skillfully manages administrative duties and client relations for her colleagues at Troeux R&I. She ensures the smooth operation of the firm with her robust knowledge of FDCPA and efficient handling of client and agent inquiries. Her FDCPA knowledge aids her in auditing our recorded phone calls to ensure our team is held accountable 100%. Valeria also provides support to the Office Manager and CEO in fulfilling their ongoing professional development.
Formerly, Valeria was the Administrative Assistant at Assets Recovered LLC. Prior to relocating to Dallas, she was a Quality Assurance Representative at GC Services LP in San Diego, CA. When not at work, Valeria spends time with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.
